Step 01

Consultation

We begin with a consultation, either at your home or via video call. We'll discuss how you plan to use the space and understand your budget and requirements.

We'll provide honest advice on whether one of our existing designs is the right fit or whether a bespoke solution would better suit your needs. Most importantly, we'll answer your questions, explain what's possible and help you make informed decisions with confidence.

Step 02

Design

Once we've established the right direction, we'll develop your project in detail. For bespoke garden rooms, we create detailed plans and 3D visuals so you can fully explore the design before construction begins. For our core range of garden rooms, we prepare a site-specific layout and specification tailored to your property.

Every design is carefully reviewed to ensure it works beautifully within your garden, complements your home and meets your practical requirements.

Step 03

Build

You'll have a dedicated point of contact throughout the project, along with regular updates so you always know what's happening and what's coming next. Our aim is to make the construction process as smooth and stress-free as possible, while delivering a garden room you'll enjoy for years to come.

Step 04

Handover

When your garden room is complete, we'll walk you through every detail, including heating, electrical systems, and ongoing care.

You'll receive a comprehensive handover pack, warranty information, and clear maintenance guidance. And if you ever need advice or support after completion, we're only a phone call away.
